We’ll begin by reviewing your intake form, then guide you into a deeply relaxed state of focused awareness, like a deep meditative state. We’ll regress back to three memories (in this lifetime) that are related to the root cause of your challenge. (Your subconscious chooses these.) Once we identify the specific beliefs and why you adopted them (the brain just wants to make sense of things), we’ll reframe them, and record a personalized transformational audio for you to listen to for 21 days.
All of my clients notice immediate shifts, however, it’s common for more information and ah-ha moments to surface as you process your experience and listen to your recording. Consistent listening to your recording enhances and solidifies results.
